Privacy Policy
Draft version — last updated 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how KADULI TAP ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this promotional website. KADULI TAP is a technology concept under development based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Our Canadian privacy commitment
We aim to handle personal information in a manner consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. This includes collecting only what we need, being clear about why we collect it, and limiting how long we keep it.
Information we collect during early access
- Your name and the name of your business, church, charity or organization
- Email address and phone number
- Province or territory, business type, and number of wristbands you may need
- Your description of how you plan to use KADULI TAP
- Your consent choice and the date it was recorded
Why we collect it
Early-access information is used to contact you about launch progress, to understand demand by region and organization type, and to plan onboarding. Joining the early-access list does not create an account, a contract, or a guarantee of availability or approval.
Consent and unsubscribing
We only send launch updates when you have checked the consent box. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@kadulitap.ca, and we will remove you from our list.
Storage, access and security
Submissions are stored in a managed cloud database with access restricted to authorized KADULI TAP administrators. We do not sell personal information. We do not collect or store payment-card numbers on this website, and the wristband is not designed to store a customer's card number.
Payment partners
KADULI TAP is not a bank. Any future payment processing will be provided by approved third-party payment partners, and their own privacy terms will apply to transactions they handle.
Access and correction requests
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion by emailing hello@kadulitap.ca.
Important notice
This document is a plain-language draft provided for transparency during early access. It is not legal advice. Final privacy documentation must be reviewed and approved by a qualified Canadian lawyer before commercial launch.
